Payment & Cancelation Policies:

If you are unable to attend the retreat, your cancelation request must be received via email to carrie@selfcarewithcarrie.com. If cancelation is received 4 weeks prior to the first day of the retreat, you can receive a refund less a fee of $150. Cancellation received less than 4 weeks before the first day of the retreat are not eligible for refunds or credits. Paid registrations can be transferred to another individual. Payment is accepted via check, cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Credit cards can be accepted for an extra 5% fee.

Liability Waiver:

1. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in group fitness, yoga classes, and other physical activity. 

2. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation in my session.

3. I understand that it is my continuing responsibility to inform the instructor(s) of any previous medical conditions, injuries or surgeries prior to my first class and at such other times as I acquire information as to same.

4. I agree to release from all liability and to hold harmless Carrie Dennison/Self-Care with Carrie Brandon Barnhard/Fire & Water Fitness and its owners, officers, employees and agents from any claim, including but not limited to claims for property damage, personal injury, death or loss of any kind arising out of yoga classes. My heirs and legal representatives also forever release Carrie Dennison/Self-Care with Carrie and Brandon Barnhard/Fire & Water Fitness from all liability.

Lastly, I give myself permission to advocate for myself to feel safe and comfortable while attending this retreat.
