Candlelit Aerial Yoga with Hannah and Carrie

Enjoy a soul-nourishing 90-minute practice of restoration and relaxation. In this candlelit workshop the aerial hammocks will be suspended very low to the floor. We will use super cushy mats, blankets, and bolsters for extra support along with the silks. We will do a few long held stretches and then shift to full relaxation mode with various versions of savasana in the silks. No prior yoga experience required. Please pre register as this workshop has limited spots.
