It depends on the practice. I recommend having a bolster (or who large bed pillows) at least 4 blankets, and a couple yoga blocks. See below for where you can purchase.

Your guide, Carrie Dennison is a a self-care expert! She was led to become an expert in self-care as a response to overwhelm, stress, and feeling like shit. All of these practices are designed to bring you into deeper connection with self so that you can experience a deeper connection with the world around you. When we can practice connecting with ourselves and others, we learn we are not separate. Our bodies are not separate from our minds, we are not separate from the trees, we are not separate from the stars. The more present we can be with the life force energy that is in everything, the greater power we have to change and transform our own lives.
Carrie has been studying, practicing, and teaching these tools for the last decade - a combination what is offered here, along with a supportive community, talk therapy, and learning to set boundaries has brought her into a space where she can experience all that life has to offer with more connection to breath, peace in heart, and presence in the moment.
Carrie is certified E-RYT with Yoga Alliance who leads Restorative Yoga Trainings, Self-Care Retreats, and sees individual clients for self-care sessions. Credentials include Therapeutic Applications of Breathwork with Alicia Barmon, Yogamour Trauma-Informed Yoga Training, Rest for All Restorative Yoga with Tara Lemerise, Reiki Master Training with Irene Glasse and Yin Yoga Certification with Machelle Lee.
