Move, Breathe & Rest - Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 10 AM

Need a way to start your day? Or a mid-morning break after meetings or getting the kids off to school? Some time to chill and reconnect with yourself and disconnect from your tasks?

Join us for a 75-minute practice where Carrie will intuitively guide the group in a mixture of breathwork, gentle physical yoga practice, yin yoga for the joints, and restorative yoga for the soul. Carrie creates a space for you to show up however you are willing to as she offers inspiration that comes from yoga, Buddhist, and Chinese Medicine philosophies, and a shit-ton of love & compassion! Give yourself a chance to be guided and nurtured.

Resting & Connecting - Monthly First Fridays @ 7pm

Need a way to unwind from the week? Need some quiet time to connect with other humans? Sip & Savasana will be a two hour practice (first Friday of most months) - a mix of breathwork, yin yoga for the joints, restorative yoga for the soul, and connecting with the community. Carrie will create a safe space for you to show up as you are while sprinkling in some inspiration, a shit-ton of compassion, and some silliness! Afterwards, we’ll share some snacks, tea or wine, and conversations.
