Reiki 1 Training

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese word representing the principle of Universal Life Energy. It is a gentle form of energy work that can be done by lightly laying the hands on the body or over the body. Reiki is an effective and simple method of natural healing that can be beneficial for all. It supports physical, mental, and emotional healing. Benefits of Reiki may include: peace, clarity, stress reduction, pain reduction, and better quality of sleep.

Reiki works to balance the chakras, also known as wheels of energy. These are wheels of energy that never stop churning – all the chakras work together to help us live a fulfilled life as each chakra is associated with different elements, organs, ailments, emotions, etc. Reiki is not a religion although it is spiritual in nature. There is nothing you need to believe in order to learn and use Reiki.

I began studying Reiki in 2015 with Irene Glasse and I have been a certified Reiki Master since 2019.
