As the season of winter calls us inward, let’s gather and get curious about our relationship with rest. Together, we’ll explore our habit to fill space with lots of things to "do" and discover how to nourish ourselves by creating spaces to "be" instead. You’ll be led in a ritual of rest including restorative yoga poses supported by props. Make it extra fun and comfy by wearing your favorite PJs or cozy outfit.
