May 12 - 14
Self-Care with a community is even more impactful than doing it alone. When spring is in full bloom and we are preparing for the heat of the summer, there's nothing like a weekend getaway to come back to yourself through intentional time to reflect, refresh, and restore.
Carve out time for yourself for whatever you need this weekend to be. You can be with people or you can retreat alone in peace. Activities are suitable for anyone, and no yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
The focus of this retreat is rest. Throughout your self-care weekend, many offerings are included. In addition to several Restorative Yoga practices, you’ll be able to enjoy mindful time in nature, hiking, leisurely walking, delicious food, quiet time, reading, coloring, napping, and connecting with good humans. Participate in as little or as much as you wish. Massages and CranioSacral sessions are available for an additional cost.
Let’s rest together!
I am so excited to add another layer of healing to the work we do with our nervous systems by welcoming Nicole Robinson. Nicole is a Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in offering CranioSacral Therapy (CST) combined with Somatic Experiencing® for nervous system regulation, trauma resolution, and relief of chronic patterns of pain and emotional distress.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is the perfect treatment to pair with a rest retreat. During our time together, your nervous system will finally have the space to breathe and settle. Support and deepen that experience for your nervous system with a CST session. Nicole intuitively combines CST with Somatic Experiencing® to help your body and mind gently unwind. This will be a light-touch hands-on session on a massage table. This will facilitate the bracing patterns in your nervous system to find safety and let go, creating a state of rest, integration, and presence.
Nicole is also a Somatic Healer & Coach specializing in women's work and supporting entrepreneurs. Learn more about her bodywork offerings at www.nicolerobinsonlmt.com and her coaching offerings at www.themind-bodyway.com.
