As we are immersed in the season of fall, it’s time for us to soak up the soft, restful energies of this time of the year. If you’ve been eager to get away somewhere but it is just not possible right now, let this be a getaway for you!
This mini soul retreat will offer you an deepen your connection to yourself through a mix of gentle mindful movement, self-massage, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Reiki, and community connection. & reflection. A nourishing vegetarian and fall harvest (lunch and dessert) will be provided along with tea, coffee, and water.
Pre-registration is required as there are a limited number of spaces available to respect everyone’s space.
No yoga experience is required for any of this practice although you do need to have the ability to get up and down off the floor!
