Self-Care Mini Retreat

If you have been longing to get away, this day retreat is for you!

Carrie’s self-care retreat will offer you an opportunity to deepen your connection to yourself through a 75-minute gentle yoga flow, guided self-massage, a Restorative Yoga practice, and a community connection.

You will also enjoy a personal, individually packaged, and nutritional vegetarian lunch accompanied by tea or water, as well as a self-care parting gift from Carrie that your body and mind will crave.
