Rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit with Restorative Yoga and Reiki with Carrie Dennison. Participants are supported by blankets, pillows and bolsters in relaxing poses. Carrie will guide you into relaxation while offering the gentle healing energy of Reiki through light physical contact. Reiki energy promotes healing by activating the relaxation response helping the body to balance itself. Benefits may include but are not limited to peace, clarity, stress relief, and restful sleep.
No yoga experience is required and all levels are welcomed to attend. You may become cool as you are in these restful poses so it is encouraged to wear cozy socks and a long sleeve shirt. Also, feel free to bring your own favorite cozy blanket! Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
