Need a way to unwind from the week? Need some quiet time to connect with other humans? Resting & Connecting will be a two hour practice (first Friday of most months) - a mix of breathwork, yin yoga for the joints, restorative yoga for the soul, and connecting with the community. Carrie will create a safe space for you to show up as you are while sprinkling in some inspiration, a shit-ton of compassion, and some silliness!
