Join Carrie for a sweet and settling summer series of meditative movement, cooling breath, and deep rest. In this 3-week series you will learn some ways to move meditatively in sequences of āsana (postures) and play with prāṇāyāma (life-force expansion through breath) in order to help your nervous systems transition from movement to deep rest. No yoga experiences required.
Cost for all 3 classes: $60
