ONLINE Resting Into Spring: 3-week Restorative Yoga Series

Tuesdays March 7, 14, and 21

Spring is a time for new beginnings, blossoming, and growth. Wouldn't it be nice to create a space for a supported transition so that you can arrive in the next season grounded, rested and supported? Join Carrie for a 3-week series of Restorative Yoga to help prepare for the expansion, joy, and growth spring can bring.

This series will be recorded and available on-demand to all registrants until April 1, 2023. Please create a login and password at checkout in order to access these recordings.

​You will need the following props:

  • 3-5 blankets or large towels (or 3 blankets or towels and two small pillows, such as throw pillows)

  • yoga blocks (4-inch blocks preferred or 3 stacks of large books)

  • bolster like this (or 2 firm bed pillows or 1 couch cushion)
