This retreat will deepen your connection to self through a combination of gentle breathwork, mindful movement, self-massage, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and community ritual. Learn how to further support yourself as we come out of winter hibernation and blossom into spring. This retreat is the perfect opportunity to take a mini self-care vacation.
This is a great event to attend with your bestie, your significant other, or to enjoy the time away on your own. Wear comfortable and cozy clothing. You do not need to bring anything - you will be provided with mat, all props, and a nutritional vegetarian lunch.
