Sink into a nourishing self-care practice with Restorative Yoga for stress and anxiety. The focus of the practice is bringing support to the body in order for the mind and heart to find a state of ease. It is during these times when things are scary, hard and very uncertain when we need these slower practices the most.

This practice allows us to find safety and security within ourselves rather than fully relying on external factors. During this passive practice, you may find yourself in a meditative state where your body is completely relaxed but your mind is still aware. The postures done in this class are simple and held for long periods of time with the support of whatever comfy props you have at your home. If you have some yoga blankets, bolsters and blocks, that is great! Have them by your side. If not, there are plenty of things to use around your house. Prepare for a little love and self-care or make a date night!
