Then, Carrie will guide you on how to set yourself up in a restorative posture laying down for you to experience the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra. We will move into a guided mediation that starts with a prolonged body scan to release tension that is being held in the body. The practice continues with a guided visualization for the healing of the heart, mind, and body. This is an effective and powerful practice that has been found to produce profound healing and stress reduction.
