Sink into a nourishing evening of self-care with Restorative Yoga with Carrie Dennison. Participants will be in a safe and welcoming space with candlelight, soft music, and aromatherapy. During this restful practice, you may find yourself in a meditative state where your body is deeply relaxed but your mind is aware and clear.
Tension and stress - a reality to most of our lives. Stress stays with us, locked up in our emotional and physical bodies with one impacting the other all the time. The focus of the practice is to support the body in order for the mind and heart to find a state of ease.
Restorative Yoga can foster feelings of safety and security within ourselves, rather than fully relying on external factors. Revisiting Restorative Yoga practices over time can forge new pathways for greater mental and somatic ease.
