Self-Care with a community is even more impactful than doing it alone. When spring is in full bloom and we are preparing for the heat of the summer, there's nothing like a weekend getaway to come back to yourself through intentional time to reflect, refresh, and restore.
Carve out time for yourself for whatever you need this weekend to be. You can be with people or you can retreat alone in peace. Activities are suitable for anyone, and no yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
The focus of this retreat is rest. Throughout your self-care weekend, many offerings are included. In addition to several Restorative Yoga practices, you’ll be able to enjoy fun slow flow classes, hiking, leisurely walking, delicious food, quiet time, reading, coloring, napping, and connecting with good humans. Participate in as little or as much as you wish. Massages are available as well for an additional cost.
