Spend a magical evening in candlelight with Carrie Dennison as she leads you through a practice of self-care to help nourish the mind, body, and spirit. In this 2-hour session, you will be guided through a practice of fascia release through self-massage, very gentle mindful movement and breath techniques to help prepare the body for a Restorative Yoga practice.
This practice will create space for intentional rest for your body and ease for the mind. It is a societal tendency to speed things up during the holiday season while nature is calling us to slow down and go inward.
There will be time after the practice to connect through conversation while sharing warm tea infused with fall flavors and some tasty chocolates This will allow a little time for your body and mind to become more alert before you head home for the evening.
