As the winter solstice invites the spirit of rest, spend this day getting prepared to invite in the nourishing and cozy energy of the season. If you have been longing to get away but cannot at this time, let this day retreat be for you! This soul retreat will offer you an opportunity to deepen your connection to self through mindful movement, self-massage, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and community connection. Signs of winter will be sprinkled throughout this retreat as you learn how to support yourself during the season to find more alignment with nature.
You will be provided with a nutritional vegetarian lunch accompanied by tea, coffee or water. And that's not all! You will depart with a self-care gift from Carrie! This is a great event to come to with your bestie, your significant other, or come alone and make a new friend!
