As we are immersed in the season of fall, it’s time for us to soak up the soft, restful energies of this time of the year. If you’ve been eager to get away somewhere but it is just not possible right now, let this be a getaway for you!
This mini soul retreat will offer you an deepen your connection to yourself through a gentle 75 minute flow, Restorative Yoga, and Reiki, and community connection. A homemade individually packaged nourishing vegetarian and nut-free fresh fall lunch and dessert will be provided along with tea, coffee, and water. You will also leave with a little self-care package to take home!
Pre-registration is required as there are a limited number of spaces available. Participants do not have to wear masks when on their mats but will be required to wear a mask as they move about the studio.
During the Restorative Yoga portion, each person will use several blankets, blocks, and a bolster that are sanitized and exposed to the UV lights. If you prefer to bring your own props for Restorative Yoga, please contact Carrie directly at selfcarewithcarrie@gmail.com so she can help ensure you will have all that is needed for maximum comfort and support.
No yoga experience is required for any of this practice although you do need to have the ability to get up and down off the floor!
