This mini soul retreat will offer you an deepen your connection to yourself through self-massage, a gentle yoga flow, Restorative Yoga, and community connection. A homemade individually packaged nourishing vegetarian and nut-free fresh lunch and dessert will be provided along with tea, coffee, and water. You will also leave with a little self-care package to take home!

No yoga experience is required for any of this practice although you do need to have the ability to get up and down off the floor!
