The season of fall invites the solar energies of summer to calm as the coming days will contain more darkness than light. As nature invites us to turn inward and honor our harvests, I welcome you to spend the day with me nurturing the magic of the season through reflection, celebration, and self-love.
This retreat will deepen your connection to self through a combination of gentle breathwork, mindful movement, self-massage, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and community ritual. Carrie will create a space to allow you to breathe like you love yourself, move like you love yourself, and rest like you love yourself. This retreat is the perfect opportunity to take a mini self-care vacation.
What a great event to attend with your bestie, your significant other, or to enjoy the time away on your own. Wear comfortable and cozy clothing. You do not need to bring anything - you will be provided with mat, all props, and a nutritional vegetarian lunch.
